Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect only what we need to run vibedesignr: your email and account details, your payment status, and basic usage so the product works. We never sell your data. You can delete your account yourself any time from your account dashboard, or email support@vibedesignr.com.

What we collect

• Account details — your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive a confirmation that you paid and your purchase status. We never see or store your full card number.
• Product usage — which blueprints you download or customize, so your account dashboard and download history work.
• Newsletter signups — if you enter your email in our footer, we store it to send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe any time.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and give you access to what you bought.
• To process payments and send receipts and important account emails.
• To improve the blueprints and the product.
• To respond when you contact us for support.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that help us run the product, and only as needed:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — secure database and authentication.
• Resend — sending account and product emails.
• AI providers — when you use AI customization, your inputs are processed to generate your tailored prompt.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Cookies and local storage

We use only what is necessary to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We are not running third-party advertising trackers.

Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we immediately and permanently remove your data from vibedesignr — your profile, download history, saved AI customizations, MCP tokens, purchase records, and any newsletter subscription. Your payment receipts remain with Stripe, our payment processor, which is legally required to retain transaction records for tax and accounting; Stripe is the system of record for payments and we no longer hold them once your account is deleted.

Your rights

You can see, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account yourself any time from your account dashboard (which erases your data immediately), or email support@vibedesignr.com and we will take care of it.

Children

vibedesignr is for adults building businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top. Continuing to use the product means you accept the current version.
